Miles of Freedom Celebrates 10 Years of Service
On Saturday, November 5, Miles of Freedom celebrated 10 years of service to individuals and families who have been impacted by incarceration.
The celebration took place at the Arts District Mansion, with a seated dinner, music, and reception. Special guests included Mistress of Ceremony Cleo Greene, WFAA News Reporter & Anchor; Jess Garland, singer-songwriter & multi-instrumentalist; and Michael Austin, singer and songwriter.
The Inaugural Aubrey Lewis Jones Service Award honoring the late Mr. Aubrey Jones, Co-Founder of Miles of Freedom, was awarded to Tricia Medrano Bridges for her commitment and service to those impacted by incarceration.
